Frequently Asked Questions
How long before departure should I be ready for boarding?
To ensure an effortless boarding procedure and timely departure, you are expected to be ready at the dock half an hour before the departure. We will greet you there.
What happens if there is bad weather & the ship can't leave the port?
In case of adverse weather and sea conditions, upon agreement between the Lessee and the Charterer, the charter can be moved to a new date or can be carried out on the same date with a different itinerary. In case of impossibility of carrying out the charter, the charter will be cancelled and the entire amount that has already been paid will be reimbursed to the Charterer.
What if I need to cancel the charter?
In case of cancellation on the part of the Charterer, a charge of 30% of the charter fee will be debited for cancellations up to 15 days before the stipulated charter date, 50% of the charter fee for cancellations up to 7 days before the stipulated charter date, and 100% for cancellations less than 7 days of the stipulated charter date.

I lost or forgot something on the vessel. What should I do?

Can I extend the charter while we're already on board?
This is possible, in case we have the availability to do so, and no charters are booked shortly after. You can talk to your person of reference about this. Please note that by extending the charter, there will be an additional hourly fee to pay.
Do you have insurance covered?
We have all the insurances required by law. This means that, while on board, you are insured against any physical harm that you may incur. You are, however, not insured against any damages caused by any of the guests to the yacht.
